| TICKET SELECTION | |

| Once you have selected the event you wish to buy, you will be taken through our Ticket Selection process: | |
|
|  | Step 1 - Select the Performance date and/or time: | |
| |  | A list of all available performance dates and/or times will be shown for your selection. | |
| | | After you have selected the performance date and/or time, click on the Next button and go to Step 2. | |
|
|
|  | Step 2 - Select Ticket Price & Quantity: | |
| | | Select the price and quantity of tickets you would like to purchase. The availability of each ticket type is displayed to assist your decision. (The degree of availability will be indicated by the colour.) | |
| | | You may allow the ticketing system to assign the best seats for you, for the price you selected, or you may choose your desired seating location and the system will select the best seats within that location. | |
| | | Key in the box with the 4-digit Validation Code shown on the right side of the box. | |
| | | Check your selections are correct and click Submit to proceed to Step 3. | |

| TICKET OFFER AND DELIVERY | |

|  | Step 3 - Shopping Cart: | |
| | | If you do not wish to accept the selections offered, you may click the Remove button to cancel the selections in your Shopping Cart. | |
| | | Check all displayed information is correct, then click Checkout to continue. | |
| | | If you are a My Ticketing member, log in with your email address and password, then click Search to proceed with selecting your Delivery Options. | |
| | | ** If you do not have a My Ticketing account or it is your first time to purchase tickets through our ticketing system, please click "Create New Account" with your email address and password entered. (You may set your own password.) | |

| | | To make sure you have the best opportunity to secure the best available seats to an event, you will be offered seating live through a link to our ticketing system. It is important to note that you have the same access to tickets as our other customers who use the telephone or go through a box office to purchase tickets. | |
| | | You will be given UP TO TEN MINUTES ONLY to complete your transaction before your tickets are returned to sale. It is important to note that this is the maximum time allocated and that Hot Shows may allow you less time to complete your transaction. | |
| | | We encourage you to complete your transaction from the Shopping Cart screen as quickly as possible since your seats are not guarunteed until you reach the Confirmation Screen. | |
| | | Remember that the offer is the best available tickets that match your selection and therefore going back and forth to try and secure better tickets is not recommended. | |
| | | When you leave the Shopping Cart screen and do not continue with your purchase, your tickets on hold will be returned to sale. | |
| | | The Shopping Cart page displays detailed information regarding your ticket purchase. Please check your ticket details carefully before proceeding. | |

|  | Step 4 - Delivery: | |
| | | Choose the delivery method you wish to use and fill in the mailing address that the tickets will be sent to. | |
| | | You are required to enter your Address and Telephone number to complete your ticket purchase. If you are a My Ticketing member, some of these fieldsmay automatically populate. | |
| | | Once you have confirmed your selection, you may proceed to payment. | |

| | | Your transaction is completely secure. For further information on the security of this site, Click Here | |
| | | After clicking on I Agree and if your transaction is successful, you will receive details of your ticket through the confirmation page. | |
| | | If you wish to contact us about your tickets, we recommend that you provide your transaction number. This allows us to locate your transaction more easily and answer your query efficiently. Always drop down the transaction number for your records or print the page if necessary. | |
| | | Information on the venue and facilities is available using the venue navigation at the top of the screen. | |

| | | To collect tickets from any of our HK Ticketing Box Offices or Sales Outlets, you are required to present the Credit Card used to purchase the tickets for verification. | |
| | | If you are a holder of concession tickets, you will be required to present relevant proof when you collect your tickets or entering into the venue. | |
