Please note that the only person authorised to collect tickets is the payment credit card holder, who is required to use the same credit card to collect their tickets at any HK Ticketing box office or retail outlet. |

We can send your tickets to specific address through Courier Service provided by Hongkong Post. (Remark: Tickets cannot be re-issued if they are posted wrongly, lost, stolen or destroyed). Please note that any PO Box or hotel address is not accepted by Hong Kong Ticketing as a valid courier address. | |
