Why do I only have up to 10 minutes to complete my booking? Why is this time sometimes less than 10 minutes?

Normally we allow up to 10 minutes for ticket purchases, however, hot shows can sell out very quickly and this time is reduced if demand is high. Through this website you have access to the same ticket stock as our call centres and agencies. When you are selecting your tickets you are holding actual seats which no one can purchase unless you release them. Due to high demand, we implement a time limit during purchase, if you exceed the time limit, the tickets you are holding will be released for others to purchase. Back to Top

Why are your phone lines sometimes engaged?

On ’hot show days’ you may experience a delay as our Customer Service Representatives are in such high demand. You have access to purchase tickets online and this web-site has the same access to the stock sold over the telephone or through one of our agencies. Back to Top

Tickets may be purchased online, by telephone or in person, we do not reserve seat allocations for any channel, so you have the same access to all ticket stock no matter which channel you choose to purchase from.
From time to time promoters may offer pre-sale or other promotions that are available only through one particular sales channel, you will only be able to purchase the promotion tickets through that particular sales channel.

Why can I sometimes see better seats available later?

A few minutes later.
When a patron selects seats online, or through one of our other channels, those tickets are reserved while the customer decides whether they wish to purchase those seats. If the customer decides not to buy those seats are released and are available to another customer. This process usually will only take a few minutes.

A Days after the event went on sale.
The most common reason for a small number of seats becoming available at a later date is that the promoter has requested a number of tickets to be held for promotional purposes and then releases tickets that are not required. HK TICKETING will therefore release these tickets for the general public according to the promoters instructions.
